Inverse Mission - German Market
From May 4th to 8th, 2016, ANIET promoted a visit of a german delegation, of importers and opinion-makers, in which it was promoted the Portuguese Natural Stone, as well as the sector. This Inverse Mission occured under the scope of the Internationalization Project "Pedra com Valor”.
The program included the visit to several portuguese companies,
extractive and transformative units, as well as exhibition areas. As a way of better promoting the Portuguese Natural Stone and
letting know of the portuguese history and culture, it were visited some
monuments and emblematic buildings of the visited cities, such as the Monasteries of Alcobaça and Batalha, Clérigos’ Tower, Porto's Sé, among others.
May 4th - Visit to the quarries and factory of Airemárnores / Visit to the Monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça.
May 5th - Visit to the quarry and factory of the company Mocapor / Visit to the quarries of the companies Pardais Granites and Brothers Peixoto Granites.
May 6th - Visit to the quarry and factory of the company Pardais Granites / Visit to the factory of the company Brothers Peixoto Granites.
Visit to the exhibition area of the company GNT - Northern Granites / Visit to the quarry and factory of the company Lousas de Valongo.
May 7th - Guided tour to the city
of Porto / Farewell dinner.
The Inverse Mission ended with a farewell
dinner with the presence of all participants.
